Product Inspection Upon Delivery
After receiving your order, please inspect the product for defects or shipping errors before use.
Should you require a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

Expired Payment Cards
For security, refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment card.
If your original card has expired:

2. The issuer will facilitate receipt of funds

4. Refunds being based on actual amount paid (not listed price)
